The setup, operation and management of EV charging stations are regulated by different bodies of law in different countries. The "Charging Service Regulation" (https://www.epdk.gov.tr/Detay/Icerik/3-31095/son-hali) and the "Procedures and Principles for Charging Network Operator License Applications" (https://www.epdk.gov.tr/Detay/Icerik/23-2-1040/enerji-donusum-dairesi) — which set out the procedures and principles for the establishment of charging units and stations that supply electricity to electric vehicles, the operation of charging networks and the connected charging stations, and the provision of charging services — were published in the Official Gazette dated 2/4/2022 and numbered 31797 (https://www.resmigazete.gov.tr/fihrist?tarih=2022-04-02) and entered into force.
